Place to stay
Accommodation is located on a good spot not far away from vapporetto line. Also we get room with nice view on Grand canal.
Nothing what we wouldn't like.

Poor value for money but it's Venice :-)
Very comfortable bed, simple but good breakfast, very nice service at the reception, fairly good spot with the water tram stop nearby... still quite a walking distance from the railway station
No elevator, super tiny room, view on the wall and the bathroom vis a vis. Poor acoustics - doors between the rooms made it very noisy, bathroom doors not closing, tiny shower and poor water pressure

Great Location & Views. Hidden gem in Venice
Location, Room Size, Views. From the moment you walk through the building front door you have the feeling of traveling back in time and that you are staying in an old mansion. Personalized customer service, the owner attends you directly and does everything possible to make your stay perfect.
Air conditioning didn't work well, only as a fan.
